The clients have been living in their old family home since forever and wanted a change from the traditional indian elements in their new home. Hence, our design brief simply formulated to deliver a contemporary G+1 residence with a separate portion for tenants. 

They did not want a visible external staircase, so we molded our design in a way that the staircase was used as the main element and both floors as two separate apartments.

With large windows and abundant natural light, this residence gracefully stands in the growing town of Kapasan in Chittorgarh district.
